I bought 2 boxes of these crackers. The quality is disappointing. One end of the cracker is left open to fill and then ribbon is supplied to cut and tie the end closed. There isn’t enough ribbon and what there is is not good quality. The tied end of the cracker doesn’t have enough ribbon to keep it closed and is frayed. Also 2 of the crackers in the box I opened were already torn and that was on the end of the cracker with the ribbon it. Not up to the standard I expect to receive from Lakeland

I have been making or filling my own crackers for over thirty years and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of these crackers. The card inserts at each end of the crackers fell out on some of them and it was extremely difficult to tie them off due to the paper used. Some of them also split and I had to sellotape them together.. I am not used to such poor quality from Lakeland. We purchase a lot of items from Lakeland which you will see from our account records and this is the first time we have had any reason to complain.
