Widen the repertoire of your Ooni pizza oven with this double-sided Grizzler Pan, which is suitable for all Ooni models. With a ridged side for creating those authentic flame-grilled stripes on meat, fish and vegetables, and a flat side for sizzling all kinds of food, it comes with two removable cast iron handles and a wooden serving board to protect your surfaces.

What you get

• Double-sided Grizzler – a cast iron grilling plate with ridges on one side for searing meats or roasting vegetables, and a flat side for sizzling chicken wings, corn on the cob, loaded potato skins and much more.
• Two removable cast iron handles – designed to help you safely transfer your Grizzler dish in and out of your Ooni pizza oven, the handles hook onto either side of the dish to help you place it into the oven and then take it out again once the cooking’s done.
• Wooden trivet – a thick beech wood serving board that holds the cast iron dish perfectly when it comes out of the oven, and makes an attractive way to present food and protect your table at the same time. Made from FSC-certified wood.

Grizzler is heat-resistant up to an impressive 600°C.

About Ooni
