At first glance, Sage’s The Smart Oven Air Fryer is just a super-smart countertop oven… but give it a second look, because this versatile piece of kit uses an ultra-efficient convection heat system that works as an efficient air fryer, so you can create guilt-free, deliciously crispy French fries, rustic chips, chicken wings and more. And because it can also toast, slow cook and reheat, it does the jobs of lots of separate appliances, so there’s no need to have extra ones taking up space on your worktop – or in your cupboards.

Simple one-touch cooking

With 10 preset functions, the Smart Oven Air Fryer is incredibly simple to use. Just push the appropriate button and the Smart Oven will adjust the settings accordingly:

• Bake – from 50-230°C for 30 minutes to 2 hours
• Roast – from 50-230°C for 1-2 hours
• Air Fry – ‘fries’ fresh or frozen ingredients
• Pizza – cooks a pizza to perfection whether it’s fresh or frozen
• Slow Cook – cooks for 4-10 hours for succulent stews, casseroles and melt-in-the-mouth pot roasts
• Grill – with high (HI), medium (MED) and low (LO) settings
• Toast – 1-6 slices, with 7 darkness settings
• Bagel – heats on one side, with 7 darkness settings
• Reheat – ideal for leftovers and plated suppers
• Warm – keeps things ‘just right’ for up to 2 hours

If you don’t want to use the pre-programmed settings, the simple dial controls and LED display let you control the settings manually to suit your recipe. There’s a bright interior light so you can clearly see the state of your food, the non-stick coating on the inside of the oven ensures it’s quick and easy to clean, while the crumb/drip tray pulls out fully, letting you get every last crumb off easily.

Element IQ technology

Sage have made cooking in the Smart Oven Pro more efficient and even with Element IQ technology, which uses smart algorithms to move power around the oven to where it’s most needed. Each element adjusts itself automatically for the setting you choose, delivering the right temperature at the right time to ensure perfect results.

Dual speed convection

Speeding up the cooking process by up to 30% even at its lower setting, the higher Super Convection setting delivers extreme airflow for the Air Fry setting.
