This multifunctional marvel grills meat, fish and vegetables, makes gooey raclette and can be used to make sweet or savoury crêpes or heat up side dishes in the mini woks. Grill talk

Featuring a double-sided, die-cast aluminium non-stick grill, one side has a flat hot plate at one end ideal for grilling vegetables and, at the other end, a ridged griddle plate perfect for sizzling meat and fish with an authentic chargrilled finish. Turn it over and you’ll find three raised insets you can use for preparing delicious sweet or savoury crêpes or for heating up a series of smaller dishes in the included mini woks.

Let’s raclette

If you’re a fan of grilled cheese, the central grill has space to make three pans of melted cheesy gorgeousness – there are three square raclette pans included – and can also be used with the mini woks to make gratinated dishes.

Hot stuff

Everything is controlled by one dial – just turn it to your desired temperature and wait for it to heat up (about 10 minutes) – when the lights go green, you’re ready to go.

Stay cool

At the base is a cold zone – a removable stainless steel platform where you can put unused woks or raclette pans, or leave cooked dishes to cool down before serving.
