Lakeland Lift-up Airer with Shelf

I expected so much more! Initially the product looked sturdy and if good quality. I loved the black colour. It has now snapped in two different places making it completely unusable. I am so disappointed as I always thought that Lakeland sold good quality products. We didn’t put too many items on it - we are pensioners and care for our purchases so I was shocked to see that it had broken. I do not have the receipt as I couldn’t imagine that I would need it to return it. It has literally been used approx 25 times.

Lovely looking airer, but just as the rest of the reviews, it snapped after 3/4 weeks of use. I wish i'd listened. They wouldn't refund me due to the fact i disposed of the item for safety reasons, so it was an utter waste of money. Please don't waste yours.

Bought this a couple of months ago. Thought it looked great, easy to fold and store. However, on using it it always seems to sag whenever you put anything on the top flat shelf. Its a bit of a balancing act trying to get exact even balance on top shelf, and even when you do think you've cracked it the whole thing just sags as if theres a heavy weight on it - four shirts !!! Really disappointing quality.

l purchased this at the beginning of December 23 . At first l was very happy with it .This morning l went to use it and it broke on both sides about a third of the way down where it was riveted. It is made of hollow metal pipe and l don’t think it’s robust enough . Such a shame as l love the overall design especially the shelf on the top which is ideal for drying items flat.

Purchased less than 4 months ago. Found it to be very bulky and oversized. However, plenty of airing space but holding mechanism broke quickly. Do not buy. Not worth the money.
