Sometimes, when you just need to iron one piece of clothing quickly, the whole rigmarole of lugging the ironing board through the house can be a bit of a pain. It would be much easier if you could just snap your fingers and have a crease-free shirt. Now, although we’re not able to offer you that, the Lakeland Garment Steamer might just be the next best thing.
Vertical steaming
If you’re in a rush and you need to quickly obliterate some pesky creases from a shirt, the last thing you want to be do is put the big ironing board up – what a faff. Instead, simply hang up your shirt, plug in your Garment Steamer and get steaming vertically for quick and easy crease-free results. It only takes 25 seconds for it to fully heat up – the handy light indicator will let you know when it’s ready to use.
Anti-calc function
For the best results, you want to steam with clean water – but that can be difficult if your iron has a limescale build-up in the water tank. With an anti-calc function to keep the tank nice and clean, you can always steam your clothes with clean water, without having to worry about limescale flakes shooting out onto your garments.
Steam lock and auto shut-off
So you don’t have to hold your finger down on the button, it has a steam lock button for producing a continuous stream of steam to make life that little bit easier. And after 15 minutes, it will automatically turn itself off so you won’t have to think about whether or not you turned it off yourself after dashing out the front door.
Anti-drip
No one likes soggy clothes – they’re cold and uncomfortable, and you shouldn’t have to choose between dry, creased clothes or soggy, smooth ones. But with its anti-drip function, you can always steam with the knowledge that your clothes will be dry as a bone and totally crease-free.
