Has this a while but has started collapsing when full. I only use the top layer it would never hold the amount of items it’s designed for! Legs at the bottom keep giving way. Rubbish!

Product not as good a Hangway aider. Shame as it has extra height for dresses and trousers.. It would never take 48 items the arms are not strong enough. Shame it also doesn’t fold up.

I've given this two stars as it sort of did the job for a year or so. The top tier collapsed a few times but I was able to tighten it again. No more, now completely useless.

If you try to put more than one item on the top level, the whole thing collapses. Shoddy.

Like other reviewers, I purchased this to replace a similar product that I had bought several years ago from Lakeland. From the description it was clear that it was not a like for like replacement however I am disappointed that it does not do as described. It advertises that it holds 48 items and whilst there are slots for 48 hangers, it does not take much weight so mine slides down with just 8 damp T-shirts on it. At the lower height it is not tall enough for a pair of trousers or jeans and the lower racks cannot be used. I shall be returning and looking for a replacement elsewhere.
