"Customer Service" star star star star star I don’t often write product reviews, I brought the 35l collapsible laundry basket, which was a good idea in principle, a good size basket, being a hipster design it was comfy to carry when full- I have always been pleased with Lakeland products so was disappointed the silicone split. My review prompted a very nice email from customer services, explaining the action they have taken and an offer of the “ new design”replacement or a refund under the 3 yr guarantee. Thank you Lakeland team.

It does not blow over when the wind hits it, as my previous light-weight mesh "bag" did. I am really pleased with this basket, and at a good price.

I'm very pleased I chose this collapsible basket which was shipped next day. It is light yet robust, does everything as described, and when collapsed fits neatly between the top of the washing machine and the work surface. Grateful thanks to the customer service team.
