Yes, it's expensive, but believe me it's worth every penny! This machine couldn't be easier to use (which is a good thing since the instructions are poor). The simplicity of use, and the fact that it only takes 30 minutes to complete a sorbet means I am using it lots. It is very simple to experiment with your own recipes. I have no doubt that my husband, children and friends would all say it was well worth the investment.

What a dream machine. Arrived a few days ago and it's hardly had a chance to rest... Make the smoothes of icecream. It may take a bit of time to pay for itself but when you price a tub of luxury icecream it won't take too long at this rate. Helps that i've got my own herd of Ayrshire cows to provide me with all the rich creamy milk i need. Easy to clean just take out the blade and wipe it out with a soapy cloth and you're away again with another batch. Only draw back was having to wait 24hrs after transit for the gas to settle.

I bought this machine a few weeks ago - really as an absolute indulgence but have been delighted with the results. Yes it is a little on the noisy side but well worth it when you consider that it only takes 25/30 mins to produce beautifully smooth icecream or sorbet. The perfect gadget for dinner parties etc - I now have discovered more friends than I ever knew I had!

I have used my machine for several years now with no complaint and many compliments , possibly a little slower than I initially hoped but very strong, spares easy to get such as the time I lot a small piece a replacement arrived in a few days.Icecreams , sorbets all turn out well, yes it is expensive but well worth the outlay
