Delighted with my purchase , best mop and bucket l have ever had, easy to use , very effective, l do use a funeral to fill water into spout which l just found worked better for me, the low profile enables me to clean under furniture without having to move heavy items, l purchased extra pad which are very user friendly, l have a disability, the pads are vey simple to fix to mop head and requires no strength or dexterity, plus l took advantage of the 20% off voucher, even at full price l would say that this item is vey good value for money, also mop can be taken apart for storage,

Perfect for wooden flooring. A vigorous spin provides the perfect quantity of water whilst simultaneously cleaning the mop head. We purchased this to replace a traditional mop, and are delighted with the results. We have been using it for a month and find it to be robust (despite concerns it would be too lightweight). We don’t fasten the clip, which allows the mop to spin as it is pushed, which further improves the clean. The clear plastic part can also be lifted off (not mentioned in the instructions) which makes filling and emptying easier.

Found it easy to use-held the “bucket” under the kitchen tap to fill but might be too heavy for some. I use it on my vinyl kitchen floor and find it works well. Not washed the floor wash attachment yet as still seems quite clean.

In general you will end up with a clean floor. I like how the clean water is separated from the dirty water however, in order to rinse /spin you need to release a latch which is located low on the mop handle and therefore requiring you to bend down. When pushing down on the handle to use the spin function, the handle wants to twist in your hand, which whilst not a problem for me, I can see it being a problem for some. Also the mop handle has no way of balancing when in the bucket.

I am returning this item because 1. It’s quite flimsy. ( But you get what you pay for) 2. You can’t empty the bucket properly because of the lip 3. It doesn't pick up much water 2. It doesn't seem to rinse much dirty water off. Might be fine for a small wooden floor, certainly not suitable for large areas.
