Kikkerland Tube Squeezer Keys - Pack of 2

I found that these tube squeezer keys were too flimsy and did not do the job at all. The gap in one side of the key may not have helped its structural stability either. I was disappointed. I have arthritic fingers so I probably need something rather more chunky and substantial. Maybe people like me, with hand and finger problems, should think twice before purchasing this particular design.

As this key is described as being suitable for toothpaste tubes, I thought I would buy this set. However, it just didn’t work. I waited until there was enough length of the tube to wrap the key around sufficiently, but it unwrapped itself. It would possible work on a metal tube (tomato puree, for example), but not on a plastic tube. This is possibly because it is quite flimsy also.

Unfortunately I shall be returning this product to store. It might be ok on plastic tubes, but on aluminium ones it’s absolutely useless. It twisted before the tube did.

I thought that this was absolutely rubbish. I also believe it will only work on metal tubes as the plastic tubes unravel. I wish I hadn't bought it!

I bought this specially for toothpaste tubes to save on waste but it was not fit for purpose. It would go around the tube at the base but was impossible to wind up because of the thickness of the plastic tube. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought it.
