"Steamer purchase" star star star star star I had a steamer similar to this year's ago. Have used this a few times and it works well. Good safety features. Good attachments. Excellent steamer for price and had extra 20% off. Lakeland are a great company to buy from. Never been disappointed in anything I have purchased.
"Cleans As Advertised" star star star star star Clear instructions. Easy to use. Curtains have been refreshed and makes deep cleaning the shower a breeze. Next on my list is to steam jackets and clothes. My tip…wear rubber gloves to make use more comfortable.
"I will never use an iron again" star star star star star Bought this to use for preparing items to sell on my Vinted page and I will quite literally never use an iron again. It took me a minute to figure the different nozzles and how to get everything assembled, as well as the steam trigger, but it's so easy and effortless to use when you do.
"Hand held Steamer" star star star star star_border Used first time January 2025 , found it clumsy needing to hold steamer in one hand while using the rather stiff hose in the other, although I know the safety reason behind it /holding in the steam tigger the whole time you are requiring the steam is fiddly , If the place you are working is close then you can place the steamer on a flat surface but cleaning windows I needing to hold the unit , bathroom use saw me needing to disconnect from electric socket has lead was not long enough , water gauge would be helpful so customers was using could actually see how much water was inside .
"Hurts my thumb" star star star_border star_border star_border This steamer looked like it would be ideal for what I wanted. As soon as I received it I was eager to have a go with it. Although after a minute or two of using the steamer it really hurt my thumb as you have got to constantly hold down the button for it to work. This is such a shame and I thought it had a lock to fix it down while using as it has a picture of a lock on the actual button But it’s not a lock function for the button. If this issue was rectified it would be a great little steamer. support_agent A note from the team We’re very sorry to hear it wasn’t suitable for your needs and will be in touch to sort this for you asap You have to hold the button for a safety reason, this isn’t something we can change unfortunately
