I didn’t read reviews before I bought ,silly me !! It is cumbersome , wouldn’t stand upright , water tank impossible to try and fill as that won’t stand by itself so trying to hold that and keep the rubber closure Open and try and fill , was frustration. in the extreme . . Often refuses to switch on, when it does switch on all it will do for ages is claim to be descaling and leak water over the floor, If it decides work, (a randomised event) the flex is so short you'll have to unplug it and move sockets, once you plug it back in again you'll have to repeat all of the above. Next time I'm passing the store in Windermere I will be returning it, which will be an irritating waste of my time. Spare yourself the pain and do not even think about buying one of these pieces of absolute garbage, and Lakeland: stop selling them it won't do your reputation any good. support_agent A note from the team Thank you for your review. The second time it stubbornly refused to turn on after pressing the on/off button "twice in quick succession" a number of times. Was offered a replacement but decided to return it for a refund.
