Easy to use
With the single touch of a button you can choose between three different steam settings, depending on the surface you’re cleaning. And with the touch of another button you can switch from an upright steam mop to a handheld steam cleaner to clean cushions, clothes and harder-to-reach areas.
Lightweight and easy to manoeuvre, it’s easy to pick up and move into different rooms. Have only used for carpet floor so far and it has performed better than expected but I would have expected to get a spare microfibre cloth for the price paid.
A delayed review, sorry! I am very happy with this purchase, the mop does a great job on the kitchen floor and carpets. My only problem was that the plastic into which the water goes cracked around the seal. I contacted the company, and after photos etc they sent out a new one. I should have contacted Lakeland of course. Customer service here is second to none. Hopefully all is well now.
This has to be the worst piece of equipment I have ever bought - it’s difficult to set up, but the worst thing is my floor was sopping wet, it may be 99% hygienically clean, but my floor was sopping wet. I had to get on my hands and knees to dry the floor, which was no mean feat - i.e. a 50sqm kitchen. I tried all 3 steam settings and it did the same. I even tried it on my oven, which was clean as we have a cleaning mode on the over, but again the bottom of the oven was full of water. I am so disappointed as I really wanted this H20 HD 5-in-1 Steam Mop to work… but sadly I was really let down.

I have had many steam mops in my time and the H2O HD surpasses all expectations. It is easy to use, it folds down to fit into my kitchen cupboards so fantastic for storage! PLUS it turns into a handheld, for a great price too! I would buy this steam mop again over all other brands on the market.
I am so happy with my purchase, it has transformed how my downstairs wooden flooring looks and also lasts for days. I've also used the Steam Mop on my rugs and sofas, I have young children so its been a godsend lifting the stains and marks throughout the house. Very impressed, its a quick and easy to use.
