Two motorised brush-rolls work together to disturb the dirt embedded in carpets and help keep hard floors spotless with a little help from the innovative PowerFins. While most vacuum cleaners leave gaps in what they can pick up due to the way a traditional brush roll is designed (with gaps between the bristles), the solid strips, or fins, that run along Shark’s brush roll make it hard for dirt and dust to slip through. They dig deep into carpets to agitate the dirt before sucking it up and they engage directly with the surface of hard floors for a deeper and more thorough clean.

Happy with the vacuum cleaner and recently had a different make and it works as well. Only difference was a little heavier. Love that my hair does not get trapped and different settings for carpets and other flooring. A long battery life and good for furniture and stairs as well.
This is a brilliant cleaner. It Is quieter than our previous cleaner and very efficient at picking up dirt and dog hair. I like how the sections bend to clean under furniture although the main head is slightly too deep to fit under our sideboard as well as our old one used to. I also like how it folds in half for storage and fits so neatly in our understairs cupboard. It is slightly weighty but handles well, a truly quality product.
An excellent vacuum cleaner picking up all the small bits and dog hair on hard floors and carpets. The only down side is it is a heavy piece of equipment. The people using it in the sales pictures showing it being used with one arm held above head hight must be very strong. We wont be using it in that mode.
