I got this a few years ago and every year it comes out lasts well it’s very sweet and beautifully made. If this is the last time you will be able to order it i would do it now. Beats all the chocolate one’s children will love it.
Been looking at this for years, lovely advent. Looking forward to years of use with the grandkids. Was a little disappointed with one of the King figures, his face has been painted black the same as his beard so you can't see his face at all.
I have long been eyeing up this superb Christmas Heirloom. Now I have a little granddaughter to share it with and can't recommend it highly enough! The wooden stable has 24 boxes each designed to hold one of the super detailed resin figures. There is even hay in crib area.. The whole stable rotates as well... The only thing I am disappointed with is box 12 has a broken clasp and doesn't close properly but I'm so thrilled with it as a whole I can't stop smiling! Wonderful heirloom and thoroughly recommended
Although this is a lovely item it was let down by the quality. Upon receipt the stable was chipped and the figures were badly painted, they looked like a child had painted them. Although strangely some of them were well painted. The factory obviously has no quality control. Basically the quality is too low for the price. I wanted this as a “family heirloom” as some people described it, but I can’t see this lasting more than a few years. Update: Lakeland were very helpful after my initial complaint. They arranged for bad figures to be replaced (and although not perfect they are much better now)

I would be wary of all the 5* reviews, I put a 1* review on which was then removed by Lakeland while they tried to fix my issue of the stable being in TERRIBLE condition. They sent me another which was also poor condition. I ended up having to go into store and personally pick one and check the quality myself. When I wanted to get my review back on I wasn't able to. I've just worked out that's because you can't do it on a mobile and have to be on a laptop to see the reviews they've removed. Hopefully you have better experience with this item, but sadly I had a terrible one.
