Stainless Steel Maslin Pan

This is made by KitchenCraft which is a reputable manufacturer as I'd expect from Lakeland. I echo what other reviewers have said and would also add that by the time I'd let my marmalade settle for 15 minutes, the handles were cool enough for me not to need oven gloves. I also used the pouring spout most effectively with a jam funnel. My only gripe is the price. I'm rather shocked that it can be bought for £20 less online!

I purchased the for-mentioned pan to use on my new induction hob. I was concerned how well it would work but the result was excellent. I made some Damson Cheese which tastes delicious. The pan was also very easy to clean afterwards with no issues of residue sticking to the pan I just used hot soapy water and a non scratch scourer. The pan is an excellent product which I expect to get lots of use out of, it seemed a bit pricey at the time but well worth the money.

So much easier to make jam, lovely wide top makes storing much easier, very pleased with my purchase.

Used it to make strawberry jam. All good and easy washed.

I bought this to replace my aluminum preserving pan as we now have an induction hob. I was worried about the comment here that said it could not be used on an induction hob. I checked with customer service who said it would work. Just used it to make my first batch of strawberry jam and it was fine. Lovely pan. well balanced easy to pour from and the handle stays upright, so it remains cool.
