Lakeland Sure Bake Silicone Framed Loaf Pan

I don't normally like using silicone products for baking, I'm not convinced they will keep their shape. My opinion has changed since baking a cider loaf in the sure bake silicone framed loaf tin. It held it's shape very well. The loaf had a lovely even bake. It was very easy to remove the loaf from the tin. Easy to clean as well. No complaints regarding the framed loaf tin.

I currently have two Lekue loaf "tins" which are looking a bit the worse for wear- they have been very well used, so decided to give this one a try and found it to be excellent. My usual recipe with 800g flour makes the loaf and 6 rolls. The 600g recipe is just the right size. I line it with parchment along the base and up the two short ends as I find it easier to lift a loaf out that way, but that's personal preference. In terms of baking, its very easy to handle. Baking time is accurate and it cooks through a treat.......it may have friends in the near future

I Highly recommend using this product as the additional frame meant ease of transfer from oven to rack which for a silicon pan is a bonus. as the sides held their shape. I would normally not recommend silicon as i have difficulty with my hands so this a was a win win for me. The cooking time as slightly longer than my recipe said . Good value for money.

I was asked to test the silicone framed loafrin. This was amazing it kept it's shape and on removing the cake I made, it came out so easy. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends.
