Have just tried out these moulds & am very impressed with them. I have bought the round & square ones too & anticipate them getting a lot of use, not only cakes but other dishes like scalloped potatoes, toad in the hole etc. Love the stacking handles so they take up very little room stored. A very useful accessory for your air fryer.
Extremely disappointed with these. Firstly they didn’t fit in the drawer of my Instant Vortex Dual Air Fryer also bought from Lakeland. I had to trim the edges slightly to make them fit. Secondly they don’t cook the brownies fully. They look great on the top but the bottom was undercooked. I tried again in case it was something I was doing wrong, but it happened again with blondies. Since this experience, I have read many articles saying silicone is no good for baking in an air fryer.

The mould isn't designed to fit a specific air fryer so we feature the size of it on our website so you can see if it'll be suitable. As cooking in silicone and in an air fryer is different from metal bakeware and an oven, the timings and temperatures wouldn't be the same and it will take some trial and error.
