This bold and bright Rainbow Dust ProGel Red Food Colouring is the perfect shade for all occasions, from Christmas to Valentine’s Day, and can be mixed with other ProGel colours to create a whole rainbow to decorate your bakes with. Its bake-stable formula keeps its vibrancy even after baking, making it the ideal choice for colouring cake batter.

Easy-squeeze bottle

Easy to use and highly concentrated (so you only need to use the smallest amount), simply squeeze and stir into your cake batter, buttercream or icing (Renshaw's Personalise Me Plain Icing is ideal) and watch as they pop with vibrant colour. And if you want to use them for ‘painting’ on bright details, you can – just mix them with a little alcohol and use a food-safe brush to apply.

"Progel food colouring"

This is the first time I have used this make and can say it is a lovely colour. It makes my red velvet cake a nice colour. I would definitely buy this again.
