Easy to decorate with piped icing, fondant or sprinkles to really bring out the magic of them, they make a suitably seasonal alternative to cupcakes. And because the mould is microwave, freezer and oven safe up to 230°C, it’s also great for creating other shaped desserts, such as jellies, chocolate crispy cakes, ice cream, mousses, parfaits and much more.
Made from platinum silicone, the flexible material makes it easy to turn out your cakes and keep their shape intact. And thanks to its non-stick properties, it’s easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher when you’re done.

I made Delia Smith's damp gingerbread and they turned out brilliantly. They absolutely just dropped out of the mould with a little wiggle. I over filled, so will get a better result next time, but the result was great anyway.
