Creating a Fair Isle-inspired snowflake pattern, this cake stencil can easily be used in so many different ways depending on how you want to wow your family and friends. Just wrap around the sides or place on top of an iced cake and cover with icing sugar or sparkly lustre dust; spray multi-tonal colours using an airbrush; or spread a layer of royal icing evenly over the top to create a fancy embossed effect, without having to master the use of a piping bag.

Made from BPA-free, food-safe plastic, it’s easy to clean and can be used again and again.

"So effective!"

I have used this on white fondant icing. I attached the stencil and then sprayed with edible glitter. It worked so well I plan to try it on the roof of a Christmas gingerbread house. The stencil is very flexible which makes it easy to attach and it also comes with clear instructions which were very helpful, especially around using pins to attach the stencil and lining it up when using to stencil any remaining icing.
