Ever wondered how the Italians get their pizza crusts to be so soft and fluffy on the inside, but still have those thin, crispy air bubbles on the outside? Well now you don’t have to – Ooni have put together the perfect Neapolitan Pizza Dough Mix to end your search for the best Italian pizza recipe.

It’s really straightforward to use – just empty the whole mix into a bowl and add 410ml of cold water. Mix it all together to form a sticky dough mixture and then knead it for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and springy. Pop it in a clean bowl, cover with a damp cloth and place it in the fridge overnight to prove. Split the mix into four equal balls the following day and let it prove for a further two hours, and then you’re ready to stretch them into shape.
