If you like your pizzas with a thin, crispy crust and a crunchy, yet foldable base – just like the ones you’d find in pizzerias all over New York – then this Ooni New York Pizza Dough Mix is the simplest way to change your pizza game forever.

It’s really straightforward to use – just empty the whole mix into a bowl and add 410ml of cold water and 10ml of olive oil. Mix it all together to form a sticky dough mixture and then knead it for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and springy. Pop it in a clean bowl, cover with a damp cloth and place it in the fridge overnight to prove. Then split the mix into four equal balls and let it prove for a further two hours and… that’s it – you’re ready to stretch them into shape.

Makes four 12-inch pizzas.
