"Waste of money....do not buy!" star star_border star_border star_border star_border I cannot recommend this product as it is the most tasteless, awful Pancake Mix I have tried and it is not cheap! I am very disappointed that Lakelands are selling this product. In my view, It would be cheaper and better to buy the raw ingredients yourself and make the batter from scratch. I have know other opinion but to throw the Mix in the bin. "Absolutely Delicious" star star star star star I am fussy when it comes to food. I don't normally eat things which are premade. I was skeptical about this pancake mix. I made some today and I was so surprised how good it was. It tastes similar to making the mix from scratch. You can tell its good quality, it was delicious. Instructions were simple and the batter was a good consistency. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who wants to save some time and effort, but it doesn't compromise on the taste. I buy other products from this manufacturer, their products are very good quality and made to a high standard. I would definitely buy again
