I wasn’t sure how this would work but I’ve been really pleased with the results. It’s perfect for pastry, crumbles and scones. It’s not a huge effort to rub butter into flour but this makes light work if it and I’m much more likely make my own again.
I make a lot of pastry and use my KitchenAid constantly. However I normally use my magimix for pastry but it’s not good for large quantities. I thought this would be the answer. It was awful. Didn’t mix consistently, made everything too dry and was a waste of money.
Great tool for making pastry, What ever you want to make with pastry this tool makes the job quick and easy, perfect pies tarts extra. Delicious home cooking.
