Lakeland Silicone Pot Holder Oven Glove

When you’re transferring hot dishes from the oven to the table, you need an oven glove you can rely on not to heat up before you’ve got where you’re going. Made from flexible silicone with a raised pattern of lines on the outside so you can get a grip on the largest pots and pans, this Pot Holder has got your back – well, your hands. With a cotton towelling inner for comfort, it’s heat-resistant up to 100°C, and has a hook to hang it up by when it’s not in use.

Machine washable.

LAKELAND SILICONE POT HOLDER Excellent quality. Can also be used as a hot pot stand on a work surface. Can’t fault it at all. Also good for undoing tight fitting lids on jars.

"Lifesaver when cooking"

I could never cope with long oven gloves and resorted to tearowels when cooking. But now I always have 2 of these hanging on cupboard doors by my oven & hob. So easy to put on quickly to handle hot items. Very protective too. This was an extra one to have if one was in the wash. Thank you Lakeland!!!

"Haven’t burnt my hand what more could you want"

I’ve looking for something small to use with hot trays etc cooked in my combi microwave, oven gloves I felt were a bit much as the items can be fairly small. So far the ribbed silicone is doing a good job, although I think Heat-resistant up to 100°C is a little misleading particularly as hot pans are hotter. The only thing I don’t like about it, when used as a mitt it feels as though it might fall off.

"Not as good as hoped maybe a fabric fault…"

Thought that this would be just what I was looking for to replace old kitchen aid mitts however on first use I caught the grey fabric on oven shelf and as it’s a coated fabric a burn mark/hole has appeared the silicone isn’t effected but they look ready for the bin now :(
