A delicious puff pastry cone speckled with sugar and filled to the brim with cream… what’s not to like? And you’ll be pleased to know they’re so easy to make with the help of these 12 Stainless Steel Pastry Horns.

All you need to cut your puff pastry dough into strips and wrap it around the horns, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar (optional!), then bake in the oven (or deep fry – you don’t have to be good all the time), fill ‘em up with cream, or whatever takes your fancy… and then serve them up to your family for afternoon tea.

"Cream horn recipe"

For those who can’t find the Lakeland recipe for these it is under Strawberry Cream Horns Recipe on the blog

"More instructions needed"

Pleased with the results, but felt some instructions on usage, (to grease or not to grease) and how to remove cones from cooked pastry, would have helped. A web sight recipe was mentioned on the box, but was unable to find it.

"Sharp round the tops"

Just received these ,washed in soapy water before use and when drying them cut my finger on the very sharp edge round the top ,as sharp as a knife I rang Lakeland who are sending a replacement, whether I have received a faulty set I don't know but definitely do not let children use these ....
