Incredibly detailed results
Turning out icing decorations with realistic shape, size and detail, this cake-decorating mould forms a wonderfully intricate, partially open 15cm zip, along with a choice of two ways to finish it off – a simple zip pull tab and a ring pull tab – which makes the perfect partner to our Handbag Cake Kit.
Easy to use
Designed for use with firm fondant, modelling paste and marzipan, this silicone mould is a super-simple way to create fantastic cake decorations with very little effort and no specialist or artistic skills. And although the results might be impressively intricate, they’re really easy to achieve. Just dust the mould lightly with cornflour before you begin, then push your paste into place, being careful not to overfill the mould. Once you’ve scraped away any excess, press on the back of the mould and flex to release your perfectly shaped zip with incredibly defined detail.
Ideal for modelling paste, chocolate and more
Because it’s made from heat-resistant silicone, this icing mould can also be used with melted chocolate, toffee or sugar – just wait for them to set hard before turning them out. You can even use it with pastry to make a distinctly different topping for pies.
Releases easily for perfectly preserved detail
