Not every job requires all of the Vitamix’s huge power, so the 10 variable speed settings allow you to easily select the speed for the task you’re at, and increase and decrease the power as needed. The variable speed dial and pulse switch also make it easy to fine-tune every texture, from smooth purees through to chunky salsas. For further versatility, the spill-proof lid also has a removable plug so you can add ingredients while blending or when using the included tamper to push ingredients towards the blades.

The clear container is made from Tritan, a robust plastic which is impact-resistant and BPA-free, and joins securely to the motor base by a metal drive system which provides maximum durability.
