Covered inside and out with a really effective non-stick coating from Teflon, this version has been given a glass viewing window in the lid just like their much-loved older models – so you can peep in and check on progress without interrupting your cooking. Neat and easy to store, it’s brilliant for cooking anything you’d make in an oven and it’s ideal for a great British fry-up too.
Multi-talented one-pot cooker
Although it looks like a pan, it can cook like an oven, if not better, and uses very little electricity. Roast chicken pieces (crispy skin, flesh as soft as butter), succulent lamb chops with golden roasted potatoes, toad-in-the hole and fish bake; toasted sandwiches, baked potatoes, pizzas from frozen, ready meals in their foil dishes; you can even bake light, moist sponge cakes and delicious scones and make bread. And it’s great for a low-fat fry-up too.
Goes anywhere
Incredibly thrifty with electricity, the Remoska cooker is ideal for easy and economical cooking at home – but one of its talents is that you can take it anywhere there’s access to a 240 volt electricity supply. So it’s great for boating holidays, for motor homes, caravans and holiday cottages. About Remoska
Made in the Czech Republic since the 1950s, the Remoska is a clever and compact oven invented as a super-efficient replacement for everyday ovens – basically a mini electric oven with a lid that does the cooking. Miserly with energy, we first discovered them following a tip-off from a customer and we know that many people who bought them as an emergency measure while their kitchen was being remodelled never put their Remoska away again afterwards.
A stainless steel rack is available separately if you want to add to your Remoska’s repertoire.

We have been using Remoskas for many year and they have each lasted very well and given good service. We have downsized to a standard Remoska and it's a good size for two people. Convenient to use and energy saving, I recommend Remoskas.
I have used the original Remoska for years and always had success with recipes I recently purchased this later model and find if I use Lakeland’s 9” cake liners in the bottom of pan it catches all the mess and makes cleaning after a meal so much easier. Plus when using the rack it prevents surface from scratching too

We bought this about a year ago and wished we’d bought it much earlier. It just about does everything an oven can do but at a fraction of the cost. We use it 4-5 a week times both at home and in our caravan. It does wonderful baked potatoes which we cut in half after about half an hour, then put chops or fish or flans on the rack and hey presto half an hour later everything is perfectly cooked. We also put a timer on it if we are out for the day and then you come home to a cooked meal. Running costs even with today’s price of electricity is about 14p per hour. One of our best buys.
We've had our standard Remoska a few years now and although we don't use it daily it's used at least 2-3 times a week. The one pot meals we've cooked in it have been wonderful. The pan is so easy to wash up. The fact that it only uses a fraction of the heat our main oven uses is a plus. The biggest bonus though is that in a heatwave the kitchen isn't like a sauna. If anything happened to our little helper, we'd replace it in a blink! A considered purchase but well worth considering.
