After some practice I found that whole milk produces a fuller more creamy froth than semi skimmed using only the notched wheel inside the jug. Also initially pouring the frothed milk from a height mixes it with the coffee then lowering it to form a frothy head. If poured in gently you can only taste the milk froth, until you reach the coffee. Also I found that the coffee tastes better if made stronger as it is diluted by the milk. I used 70ml milk to 150ml coffee for one mug. ( or 70gms to 150 gms ) using kitchen scales Very easy to use and clean.
