Versatile

With a 300W motor that’s more than equal to all your mixing, whipping and kneading tasks, this sturdy machine makes light work of combining cake, pastry and bread mixtures. Five variable speeds take care of everything from light meringues to stiff dough, with a turbo speed function when you need an extra blast of power for larger or heavier mixes. It comes with a pair of beaters for mixing cake mixtures, whipping up cream and beating egg whites at higher speeds, and two dough hooks to use on lower speeds for thicker mixtures like bread dough.

In stand mixer mode, the stainless steel bowl automatically rotates and oscillates as soon as the mixer is switched on, helping to better blend your ingredients and making lighter work of mixing. There’s also a mixing plate that clips onto the side of the bowl to scrape all your yummy mixture off the sides as the bowl rotates, so you don’t waste a single mouthful. And if you want to use it as a hand mixer instead, it couldn’t be easier to change between the two – just push the button at the back of the stand and the mixer releases immediately.

Easy to Use and Store

Because all the controls are housed at the top of the hand-mixing unit, it’s incredibly easy to use and to switch between modes – you operate it exactly the same way, whether or not it’s clicked into the stand – and the variable speed dial, turbo speed and attachment release buttons are all within easy reach at the top of the mixing unit. It has a smaller footprint than many stand mixers, so it’s easy to accommodate on your countertop, and if you want to put it away when its work is done, you can store it either with or without the mixing unit clicked into the stand to suit your storage space.
