OVTENE Cheese and Charcuterie Storage Sheets and Bags – Pack of 20

Obtained item a few days ago, it's an excellent way to enhance the taste and flavour of a cheese board and charcuterie. I tried it out by opening the normal packaging of the cheese and placing it in the bags, This appeared to let them breath and come to ambient temperature and this brought the product to a state of enhanced flavour. Also had boiled a gammon and wrapped it in some of the sheets, it certainly made the ham easier to slice and store the slices for guests to take as required.

So far I’ve only tested the sheets with a white sourdough loaf. I’m delighted with the results as the loaf has remained fresh for several days, very unusual for sourdough.

I was very sceptical to start with but these bags and sheets keep cheese and cold meats fresher for longer. Unlike ordinary plastic bags where cheese starts to sweat and mould quickly takes hold. Not with these bags there is no sweating and they appear to enhance the taste of the cheese at the same time. Obviously it is sensible to store your cheese in a fridge where the bags success appears to be letting the cheese breathe, with no moisture. As yet I have seen no mould on the cheese or signs of deterioration. I would definitely recommend these bags and sheets but feel they are expensive.

Love this product, keeps cheese (no more sweaty cheese) cooked meats eg Salami etc fresh without the use of cling film, simply wrap or use a bag and seal with the tabs provided & they are washable reusable & 100% recyclable which is amazing for us & our planet, good sized sheets & bags. Great quality & very user & food friendly, I would highly recommend. Excellent product 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.

These storage sheets and bags are amazing will be using them all the time, they are great for keeping my produce so fresh for much longer
