Made from super strong forged aluminium, and featuring an arc spray iron powder base to ensure quick and even heat distribution, this innovative little pan is a reliable kitchen staple.

What is arc spray?

Arc spray is a thermal process where iron wires are melted to create molten droplets which are then sprayed onto a surface. In this case, the iron ‘powder' has been applied to the base of the pan, which has several cooking benefits, including faster heating and added durability. It also helps to protect your stovetop against scratches and is compatible with induction hobs.

Crafted from forged aluminium, this 3mm-thick pan is significantly stronger than standard pressed aluminium, offering long-lasting performance without warping over time.

"Must have pan if you love crepes and pancakes"

Crepes I love them but trying to find a good pan is not that easy and I have gone through several always feeling slightly disappointed . Not any more - this new fusion pan is amazing for so many reasons, the main one is how it transfers heat all around the base and does it so quickly and works on all hob types . It makes cooking a thinner crepe/pancake so easy even for me who is not the most skilled . The handle doesn't get hot which means no painful accidents . I also really like the size of the non stick base - 26cm makes a good crepe to be able to fill with lots of fruit and goodies .

"Great little fry pan"

This heats well.. we have an induction hob - it gives a steady heat across the pan - without having to over heat to get an even temperature.. Cleans well and easily and was the perfect addition to our collection

"Great pan"

I have only just received the 26cm crepe pan and I have to admit I have not made any crepes yet. I have however made a large batch of flour tortillas. The pan was absolutely excellent. It maintained a perfect temperature throughout the whole batch without the handle becoming even slightly warm and there were even some tortillas left for the freezer. A great new addition to the armoury.
