"A Real Fusion"
Well, how happy am I that I have this wonderful pan. Owned it three days and used it three times for three different reasons. Three successes! Firstly, on the hob for a curry - perfect size, light but so sturdy. Second meal - baked risotto, this pan works beautifully in the oven - at a proper temperature. Tonight family frittata - non stick and just the right size. I particularly like the seal on the lid and encased handles. A really high quality item - I know it’s going to become my ‘go to’ pan. This pan gets 5/5 from me. Thank you Lakeland.
