"Brilliant pan" star star star star star Easy to handle, heated up well, searing was great. A lovely seared crust, carried the flavour of the oil but not over powering & sealed the steak well. Once seared, turned the gas down to cook the meat & it was perfect. A very quick & easy medium fillet. A doddle to clean too. "Not non-stick" star star star star_border star_border It is a good heavy-weight pan which certainly does sear steaks and I can cook them to my liking. However it is not non-stick. I brush food or pan lightly with olive oil, but food residue burns on and in the case of fish, it sticks. Even an overnight soak and a scrubbing brush cannot get the burnt marks off.
