Was a little disappointed with this, the disc is a bit of a game to get it to sit in the bottom and stay put and needs to be taken out each time for cleaning so have to go through the process each time you use it. Regardless of how much potato you process you still get a bit come over the "seal" despite what is said in the write up. It does still however produce great mash.
