Love the look of this kettle, creates a talking point when in use. Easy to refill, quick to heat up. Handy being able to adjust the temperature when making delicate teas.
Quite heavy to lift. Button to open lid rather stiff, needs two hands. Button to turn kettle on very small.
Decent kettle with a couple of odd things. 1. Fill marking only on one side, so you need to fill left handed, if filled via a filter jug. 2. Quite heavy and needs to be lifted high to pour due to the spout design.

I like everything about this kettle; the appearance, noise level, ease of handling, the choice of temperatures, the fact it's transparent........ other than it takes two hands and some strength to open. I don't have weak or arthritic hands, those who do couldn't manage. I think, having looked closely, the filter inside the lid makes it jam. Returning reluctantly.
To open the lid, the switch needs pressed at the tip of the base. I’m sorry to hear it didn’t suit and we’ve processed the return for you’
