"Very pleased with product"

Received a complimentary pan which we have used over the past 2 weeks for a variety of dishes. Found it to cook evenly and was very stable when stirring on an induction hob. Haven’t used in the oven yet. We are very pleased with this pan and it is easy to clean both in dishwasher/by hand. The only thing I would perhaps change is the handle. I don’t have very large hands but found I caught the metal occasionally. All in all would highly recommend it.

"Large Sauté Pan"

This pan is ideal for recipes with larger portions. Its non-stick coating makes frying off food, quick and easy. I made one of my favourite recipes, Chicken Provençal. Normally I would cook this in the oven, but the large sauté pan allowed me to add ingredients and simmer on the hob, as the recipe suggests. I would not normally use a metal spatula, but tried one to see if Scratch Defense really works, which it does.. Word of caution, be careful lifting the large lid when it is hot, as the heat resistant section could be a little longer and it is easy to catch the hot metal with your hand.
