I received this as a gift to replace an old Lavazza product. In terms of build and efficiency it is not as good. Loose lid, hard to get milk out. Does the job but definitely a step behind Lavazza model.
Due to Lakeland excellent customer service I was able to return the frother I had previously purchased and replaced it with this one. I have to say I am really impressed I do have a milk steamer but sometimes it’s just more practical to use a device such as this one. It has performed well for both hot chocolate cappuccinos and lattes. It’s easy to clean as most of them are and it makes no mess when pouring. It hardly takes any space on my counter top and I’m considering removing my milk steamer in favour of this one. I would definitely recommend this product it compares well to my steamer.
