Sick of sautéing meat or veg in a separate pan before adding them to soup? Save time, effort and - perhaps most importantly - washing up, with the Lakeland Sauté Soup Maker. With a built-in sauté function to get that unique, pre-browned flavour, all you have to do is throw in the ingredients you want to pre-cook, hit the sauté button, and away you go.

Far from being a one-trick-wonder, this clever machine has a number of pre-set programmes to whip-up chunky and smooth soup, as well as sauces, smoothies and cold juices, and there's even a memory function to let you add ingredients during the cooking process. It takes just 28 minutes to whip up piping hot, smoothly blended soup or churn out chunky soup - the tastiest way to warm your cockles on a cold winter's day. The Blend function makes it easy to create perfectly textured sauces and salsa, and a Drinks function lets you create delicious and nutritious cold smoothies and juices to start your day the healthy way.

"Sauté Soupmaker"

I found the soup maker easy to use. First attempt was Vegetable Soup which was really good and tastier than our usual tinned variety. Next up was a favourite of mine Leek and Potato again another success. Having noted earlier reviews I used it under our cooker hood so the whole process was steam free. Very pleased with the soup maker

"Great Soup Maker!"

Bought this as my xmas present from husband as even better was in the xmas sale :) so very happy with it, quick and easy to get soup made from scratch, highly recommended.

"So easy to use"

I’ve never had a soup maker before, but this one exceeds my expectations it’s so easy to use and makes really tasty soup. I have only used the smooth setting so far and the blender works really well. The sauté function is handy too as you can do everything in the soup maker without the need for extra pans saving on washing up! It’s all ready in 30 minutes too.

Very easy to use, set up and clean afterwards. It has a quick programme - soup in 30 minutes! The kettle is quite 'steamy' when in use, so I recommend siting it underneath your hood extractor. 1.3l max capacity makes enough soup for 6 yet the kettle is not too large so stores easily in a cupboard.

"Nice soup in the end"

Really fancied Mushroom soup, so I pan fried my pile of mushrooms to intensify the flavour. Sadly the onions burnt during the saute function. It was so fierce!! Not so fun when it came to cleaning, unsure if I'd trust using it again. Thankfully the soup tasted ok, and was blended well. Hoping for better luck next time.
