Although this thermometer seems to be accurate, it is very difficult to read. It would be better if temperature lines were black.

Accurate, well-made, sturdy - but the numbers and markings are white on a light grey background - impossible to read through the glass door of an oven without using a torch. The dial really should be white with contrasting black lettering,. Then I'd give it 5 stars.
