Its Smart Cook System keeps an eye on the temperature during cooking and makes sure each and every dish is cooked exactly the way you want it. So sit back, relax and let it do all the hard work for you.

Rather than trying to decide which gadget you need to pull out of the cupboard this time, this 15-in-1 multi cooker will do just about anything. Pressure cook with no scary venting, air fry without having to use a different lid, prove and bake home-made loaves of bread in one pot, steam or sauté fresh veg, and slow cook hearty stews; fancy making your own yoghurt? It’ll do that too. Simply switch between Pressure Cook, Air Fry and Combi-Steam Modes using the SmartLid Slider, load it up and tell it which function you want to use, then it’ll take care of the rest.

Unlock 15 cooking functions under one SmartLid: Pressure Cook, Air Fry, Grill, Bake, Dehydrate, Prove, Sear/Sauté, Steam, Slow Cook, Yoghurt, Steam Meals, Steam Air Fry, Steam Bake, Steam Bread and Steam Roast. Its large 7.5 litre capacity will serve up enough food for six, so there’ll plenty of everything to go round.

Combi-Steam Mode

The Ninja Max Multi-Cooker can combine steam with convection cooking for unbelievably fast meals that will make you see your favourite foods in a whole new light. Using the sauce, water, stock, wine or other liquid added to the pot with your ingredients, the steam will infuse moisture and flavour into your food as it cooks.

It can cook a 3kg roast chicken with perfectly crisp skin and juicy meat in under an hour with the Steam Roast function. What will we do with the time we save?

Or use the Steam Meals function to cook mains and sides together using the 2-tier rack: try Moroccan lamb steaks with broccoli and fluffy couscous, or perfectly cooked chicken cordon bleu with smoked ham and cheese, tender green beans and buttery mashed potato.

Steam Air Fry crispy vegetables and fresh or frozen foods like salmon fillets without drying them out – enjoy guilt-free fried food that’s moist and juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside.

With the Steam Bread function you can prove and bake perfect bread with a golden crust, all in one pot. Steam Bake quick, fluffy, delicious cakes, brioche, desserts and more.

Pressure Cook Mode

Pressure cooking is faster than traditional cooking methods, but it can also be a bit off-putting knowing you need to release all the built-up steam somehow... But you can breathe a sigh of relief, as when your food has finished cooking, it will automatically release the steam by itself so you don’t need to get involved.

When you need to cook large joints of meat quickly, but still want the tender and juicy results you get from slow cooking, you can pressure cook them in a fraction of the time it would take to roast in an oven.

Air Fry Mode

Create low-fat versions of your fried favourites, from chunky chips and spicy sweet potato wedges to southern-fried chicken goujons and crispy scampi with little or no oil using the 4.7 litre Cook & Crisp basket.

You can also choose from a range of cooking methods that you’d usually need an oven or hob for in this mode – slow cook for up to 12 hours, grill burgers, bake cakes, prove bread, and you can even make your own yoghurt and dehydrate fresh fruit to swirl into it.

Smart Cook System

There’s no guessing when everything’s ready with the integrated Smart Cook System. From rare to well done, enjoy perfectly cooked meat and fish exactly as you like it with the Digital Cooking Probe. Working with all foods you want to cook to taste – chicken, fish, burgers, a joint of lamb – the probe is safe to leave in during cooking and it will precisely monitor your food’s temperature throughout, so you can go and put your feet up before dinner without having to get up every five minutes to check it’s not burnt to a crisp.

Easy clean-up

Washing up is a breeze as the reversible 2-tier rack, non-stick cooking pot and air fryer basket are dishwasher-safe. To clean the cooker base and cooking probe, just wipe with a damp cloth.
