Well-balanced, very comfortable to hold, and keeps a sharp edge. I've only owned it for about 9 months, but I've used it plenty and it hasn't needed sharpening yet! I'm very happy with it, it's good value and seems like it will probably last for twenty years.
We bought a few knives in this range from our local store and they are really lovely knives with a very nice feel to them. One word of warning is that as it says in the product description, they are definitely not dishwasher safe. Two of the knives made their way into the dishwasher and the handles are now very rough, dry and have split slightly.
I have had this knife for a few weeks and have used it daily ,it is very sharp and a good weight ;not too heavy and the handle is easy to grip ., It has become my ' go to' and most favourite knife ,great cutting vegetables and meat . I would buy more from this range .

I have had this knife for nearly two weeks and I have used it every day. It is well balanced and comfortable to hold. Chopping and slicing are so easy. I will be buying more from the range.
