Easy to use
All it takes is the touch of a button to select one of the four cooking modes from the easy-to-read digital display panel. And if you want to change from one cooking mode to another, simply press one of the clearly marked buttons and it will adjust the heat settings to your chosen mode.
Non-stick Thermolon Volt
Coated with Thermolon ceramic non-stick – an innovative non-stick, especially designed for frequent high heat cooking, it's also free from PFAS and other chemical nasties. The pan is infused with diamond crystals to offer literally rock hard protection to its surface, meaning it’s safe to use with metal utensils and won’t scratch. And it's also been hard anodised for reinforcement to make the surface super strong and durable. The ceramic coating is silky smooth and extremely non-stick, meaning you don’t need to use as much oil or butter when cooking, and you won’t need to soak or scrub it afterwards to remove any burnt-on food stuck to the surface – that means healthier cooking and easier cleaning. And as if that wasn’t enough, the removable pan and glass lid are both dishwasher safe, which makes for an even easier clean-up.
Tempered glass lid
There’s a golden rule when it comes to slow cooking: don’t lift the lid during the cooking process. This releases all the precious heat and steam inside – a big no-no as it means your food will dry out and take longer to cook. With a tempered glass lid so you can peer inside to check the progress of your cooking, you can keep an eye on your food and take complete control without releasing all the good stuff inside.
Non-slip feet
With silicone non-slip feet on the base, it’ll stay put throughout the cooking process, so there’s no chance it’ll slide around the worktop while it gets the job done.

About GreenPan
A Belgian company, GreenPan is the brainchild of two school friends, Jan Helskens and Wim De Veirman, who set out to create a greener, non-toxic alternative to conventional non-stick pan coatings – and 15 years on, their pans are loved all around the world. Refusing to rest on their eco-friendly laurels, they use upcycled stainless steel and aluminium wherever possible and are constantly searching for new innovations such as reinforcing their Thermolon non-stick with diamonds to give it extra durability and resilience.
