With enough spices to make eight different dishes per pot – there’s a handy recipe booklet included – it’s easy to quickly whip up healthier curries for midweek meals or dinner party get-togethers.

How to use your spice pots
1 Chop, chop
Chop onions, garlic and ginger and fry them gently for about 10 minutes until the onions are nice and soft.
2 Spice it up
Add a couple of teaspoons per person of your chosen Spice Pot, then tomatoes, stock or coconut milk.
3 Rev up your taste buds
Chuck in your meat, fish, vegetables or lentils until they’re cooked to your liking, dish up and devour. Pass the poppadoms. Oh, and the lime pickle.

About Spice Pots
Spice Pots was founded in 2014 by Mel, a sleep-deprived mum of three in rural Scotland, who was looking for an easy way to recreate the healthy, authentic curries she’d learned to cook in India. After much experimentation, she found a way to batch-blend her delicious spice combinations so she could make her favourite recipes again and again.
