Tested by professional chefs and offering exceptional heat retention, this robust 4L pan is perfect for boiling and simmering vegetables, grains, casseroles, potatoes and pasta, as well as preparing and reducing soups, sauces and stocks.

Great performance

Made from shiny stainless steel with a squeeze-cast aluminium centre with no air bubbles, this pan offers even heating throughout for great cooking performance, and the base will never warp either. Working well on any style of hob, including induction, it can be washed in the dishwasher and is oven safe up to 260°C.

Easy to use

This TechnIQ pan features customised internal angles, designed to avoid any chance of food gathering in “corners” when cooking and mixing, which makes it easier to stir the contents and not leave anything behind when serving or cleaning. In addition, the ergonomic handles are attached with heavy-duty rivets for strength and durability, and are easy to grip and comfortable to carry.
