Easy to fill and adjust grind

It’s super-simple to fill – just unscrew the knob and remove the domed top, pour in your peppercorns, then replace and screw the knob back in place. You also use the knob to adjust the grind setting from fine to coarse: tighten or loosen to select exactly the right grade to season any dish perfectly.
