The Elevate SlimBlock is, as its name gives away, a sleek, narrow block containing five colour-coded knives that will take care of all your slicing, dicing and chopping jobs. And that’s not all – the block also houses an integral two-stage ceramic sharpener that hones and sharpens your blades so you can always keep them at their keenest.

Integral tool rests and weighted handles

Pull-out 2-stage sharpener
